There are many exciting opportunities to become involved with the Living Prairie Museum. Hiring takes place in early spring, and volunteer events occur throughout the year.
The Friends are seeking applications for five summer student Prairie Maintenance Technicians through Green Team and Canada Summer Jobs. These positions are dependent on funding, but would run from the end of May to the end of August. If you are between the ages of 15 - 30, or enrolled in university, contact the Living Prairie Museum email@example.com for more information.
BECOME A VOLUNTEER
As a non-profit organization, volunteers are essential to the Living Prairie Museum. From prairie management to festivals, volunteers are actively involved in public outreach and preservation of the tall grass prairie.
Volunteers have the opportunity to interact with the public, gain leadership skills, learn about prairie conservation issues, and enjoy the great outdoors!
